Dina Meyer was born and raised at Forest Hills Queens New York. Just before finishing her junior year, she relocated to Queens to Dix Hills Long Island. She has two siblings, an older brother whose name is Gregory and a younger one known as Evan. The modeling profession was her first experience in the industry. It was her first job from age nine to sixteen. Ron Stetson was her teacher at The Neighborhood Playhouse where she started studying Sanford Meisner's acting methods for about three years. Her role was in Beverly Hills,90210 and had move in Los Angeles to take the role. She was cast as the main character in Johnny Mnemonic in which she was able to perform almost every stunt her self, establishing herself as a skilled actress. The agency she was represented by was Matt LeBlanc, so through her agent for talent, she was able to secure a regular spot in the show Friends.
