Drake teamed with Bad Bunny to create MIA (2018), while Madonna was a part of Medellin with Maluma (2019). In the year 2020, a handful of reggaeton stars were complaining about its inclination towards mainstream. However, a younger generation, led by Rauw Alejandro, sought to keep reggaeton evolving. He often used electronic dance and other forms.
